As the Managing Director and Principal Solicitor of our practice, I specialise in property and development law, offering a comprehensive “one stop shop” approach to all aspects of property transactions. This encompasses property acquisition, financing, development, construction, sales, and leasing. Leveraging my dual role as both a developer and a property lawyer, I pride myself on delivering realistic and commercially focused solutions to our clients.
Our practice has a distinct focus on several key areas, including finance structuring, development and construction projects spanning commercial, retail, industrial, residential, and mixed-use properties. We also handle sales and acquisitions, due diligence for property transactions, provide commercial advice on leases for retail, office, and industrial spaces, and assist with title structuring.
Drawing upon my extensive experience, I have had the privilege of advising and representing various private and corporate entities, as well as property developers across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. Some notable projects include providing strategic advice to Billboard Media in their $12.5 million acquisition and subsequent $25 million sale within a 9-month period.
Other significant clients include Forty Winks for their leasing requirements in Victoria, Ausker Energies for the proposed re-development of an 80 square kilometre wind farm site on the Eyre Peninsula, and numerous private developers in the bayside and eastern suburbs. Additionally, we proudly act on behalf of 50 real estate agents throughout Victoria and hold the preferred status for Real Time Agent.
